Founder & Curator
Charlotte Sirianni is the founder and curator behind Juniper Outpost, Mesquite, Nevada’s boutique destination for artisan-made goods, regional gifts, and thoughtfully curated treasures.
After more than 20 years in the healing arts in Minnesota’s Twin Cities—where she worked as an esthetician and bodywork practitioner and spent over a decade running her own independent practice—Charlotte brought her passion for creating uplifting spaces to southern Nevada. She and her husband, David, relocated to Mesquite in 2020, and in March 2022, she realized a long-held dream by opening Juniper Outpost.
What began as a vision to bring something beautiful and community-focused to the desert has blossomed into a beloved gathering place for locals and travelers alike. Charlotte personally selects every item in the shop with care and intention, listening closely to customer feedback and supporting over 30 regional artists and makers. She believes that retail can be a form of hospitality—an opportunity to help people feel seen, connected, and inspired.
More than a store, Juniper Outpost is a family endeavor. Charlotte co-manages the boutique with David, while her mother, Rhonda, contributes behind the scenes. Together, they have created a welcoming space known for its warm atmosphere, diverse collection of handcrafted items, and commitment to community.

David Sirianni is the Co-Owner of Juniper Outpost, Mesquite, Nevada’s artisan boutique known for its carefully curated selection of handcrafted goods, regional gifts, and inspired home décor.
Before joining Juniper Outpost, David built a career in financial services, bringing over two decades of experience in operations, client service, and business management. His expertise in organizational systems and process improvement has been instrumental in shaping the shop’s operations behind the scenes.
At Juniper Outpost, David combines a practical mindset with a genuine appreciation for art, design, and community-building. He manages day-to-day business functions, supports vendor relationships, and helps ensure the boutique runs smoothly while maintaining the warm, welcoming environment the shop is known for.
David is passionate about contributing to the vibrant creative culture of Mesquite and takes pride in helping create a space where customers feel at home and local artists can thrive. His work reflects a commitment to blending professional excellence with heartfelt community engagement.
MJ Stiles
Stylist
MJ Stiles brings over 40 years of experience in the beauty and fashion industry to her role as a stylist at Juniper Outpost. With a passion for personal style and a keen eye for detail, MJ loves helping customers discover the perfect finishing touch—whether it’s an accessory that elevates their favorite outfit or a thoughtfully arranged gift basket that makes any occasion special.
After decades dedicated to beauty and fashion, MJ now enjoys the opportunity to “play” creatively in the boutique environment, blending her professional expertise with a warm, personal approach. She takes pride in making every guest feel welcome and inspired, and she’s always ready to share ideas that help customers express their unique style.
Lynn Brooks
Art Partner
Lynn Brooks is a Mesquite-based jewelry curator, designer, and valued art partner at Juniper Outpost. Known for her eye for detail and passion for handcrafted artistry, Lynn plays a key role in shaping the boutique’s collection of distinctive, locally made pieces.
As both a designer and curator, Lynn creates original jewelry that reflects her love for natural textures, regional materials, and timeless style. Beyond her own designs, she collaborates closely with local creators, makers, and artisans to bring their work to a broader audience. Her dedication ensures that Juniper Outpost remains a vibrant showcase for the rich creative talent found across the region.
